These special silver cards are easy to get when you explore the town, sometime you can get the 4 stars special silver card in the daily theme park. A 3 stars special silver card is worth 15,000 silver coins when you sell it and a 4 stars special card will give you 30,000 silver coins. 

This cute little egg hatching Chibi is a special point card, you can trade them for evolution points, a 3 star special point card will give you 100 evolution points.
